Game Station X, as you may have noticed from the
main page, is a video game retail store dedicated to the
purity of video gaming. We opened up to serve a market we
knew existed: the hardcore gamer. We also knew that there
were, unfortunately, not enough of the hardcore to pay our
bills, so we set out to combine the best of both worlds. We
have mainstream prices, the newest releases, and we stock up
on the good stuff, so we'll have it when you want it.
We're located in the middle of Kelowna, BC, Canada. We're about three hours north of Vancouver, which sits on the west coast, right on the Canada/USA border. Our store is about 1800 square feet, filled with stuff for all systems. We accept trades in everything game related. Our staff are some of the most knowledgable around, and we're always ready to share our advice and opinions, whther you want them or not. We're pretty outspoken, and we don't put up with no guff, arright? Ask a stupid question (Do you rent cotton candy machines?) and expect to get beat down! GameSX online is a site which has very little to do with the
store. We have a passion for all things techy, and we like to
fiddle with things. We were pretty dismayed at the sad state
of affairs we found on the web. We had to search high and low
for information we believed should have been easy to find. To
try and do something about that, we assembled what we hope is
the most comprehensive and detaild library of videogame tech around.
We also decided to make it easier. Wherever possible (And almost as a rule) we've performed the mods described ourselves, and taken pictures of the process to help you along in your quest. There's a lot we don't know, but there's also a lot we do know, and we're here to help. Why re-invent the wheel when we've got blueprints for round-rocks right over here? |
