CZ-5BE4 is a genuine SHARP internal 4MB memory expansion board for the X68030 and X68030 compact.  This unit expands the internal 4mb RAM to 8MB on X68030 machines.

Note: Picture shows a CZ-5BE4 with the CZ-5ME4 expansion installed.

The CZ-5ME4 is a 4MB expansion for the CZ-5BE4 board making it a total of 8MB expansion.  With the CZ-5BE4+CZ-5ME4 you can upgrade an X68030 machine to 12MB without using an IO slot memory expansion.
