The PC Engine AV Booster is not the same as the TurboGrafx Turbo Booster, and it has different capacitors.

Disassembling this is annoying and there's a good chance the retaining clips will snap off during the process. To minimize this, try to pull the top and bottom of the shell apart, reducing the amount of pressure required to depress the tabs. The inside panel cover will slide out independently of the PCB.

They're all electrolytic 85° through-hole.
