It takes almost as long to crack open the system, with the two large soldered-on shields, as it does to replace all the capacitors on the PCB. But it needs to be done, the failure rate of these systems is nearing totality.
They're all 85° caps with 5mm spacing.

ProTip: To remove the RF Modulator you'll need to desolder the three mounting pins, and the three signal/power pins from the bottom of the main PCB. The whole unit is removed, and then the bottom cap can be pulled off the RF Modulator box.
Note: The Korean Supercom 16 Vistar has two extra caps on the AV board. These are not present on the NTSC or PAL TurboGrafx 16. See below for photo.
