-SH-6BE1 is internal 1MB memory expansion board for the first generation X68000 and was manufactures by I.O DATA in 1991. It uses less memory chips than its predecessor [[http://gamesx.com/wiki/doku.php?id=x68000:cz-6be1_-_memory_expansion_board|CZ-6BE1]] and is not compatible with ACE, PRO or PROII due to different mounting positions.
